How deep to plant, when to water, how to corral them, what about pests? There’s so much to learn! Join Laura on the farm to plant this season’s dahlias. In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to plant dormant tubers and started dahlia plants.
Laura will help you plant dahlias at the farm - both dormant tubers and growing plants - and talk about planting and summer care. You’ll leave with a tuber of your own and the confidence to plant your own dahlias in your garden.
When we’re done, we’ll relax under the trees and enjoy a cool drink in the shade. (Bring your own favorite beverage.)
